Article 1 General information

Article 2: Orders

2.1 Acceptance of Orders

  • This site is available 24 hours a day, but service may be temporarily suspended due to maintenance.

  • Orders placed on Japanese public holidays and weekends will be processed on the next business day.

2.2 Delivery address

We only deliver to residential or business addresses within the delivery area. We reserve the right to cancel the contract if:

  • If your payment information is inaccurate or cannot be authenticated

  • If it is deemed to be related to fraudulent, criminal or illegal activities

  • If there is an error in the information displayed on this website (such as a payment error)

2.3 Contract Formation

  • The contract is concluded when the customer clicks the "Complete Order" button, enters payment information, and the confirmation screen appears.

  • Once the contract is concluded, we will send you a confirmation email.

2.4 Storage of contract contents

The contents of the contract will be stored by our company for a certain period of time, but they may not be available for viewing on this website in the future. Please save them yourself.

2.5 Fraud Prevention

We may verify your address and payment information to prevent fraud.

3.1 Security Code (CVV)

When using a credit card, you will need to enter the 3-digit security code on the back of the card.

3.2 Confirmation of payment

  • In some cases, the order amount may be temporarily debited from your account, but will be refunded upon cancellation.

  • You may be required to sign for it upon receipt.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (such as loss by the carrier).

4.2 Refusal or non-receipt of delivery

If the package is returned due to refusal to accept it or absence of the recipient, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs (shipping, duties, taxes, fees, etc.).

4.3 Risk of Loss and Damage

Once delivery is complete, the risk of loss or damage to the product passes to you. If the product is damaged or has been opened, please refuse to accept it.

4.4 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

4.5 Currency

Prices on this site are displayed in JPY / USD / GBP / EUR only. Billing currency is based on your location.

Article 5 Returns and Cancellations

  • Details are based on the return policy posted separately.

  • If you return the product for your own reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

  • If the product is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs.

5.1 Repair Services

We do not offer shoe repair services, if necessary please contact your local repair shop.

Article 6 Defective products/wrong delivery

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrectly delivered item, please contact our customer service center within 14 days of receiving the item.

  • Once we have confirmed the return, we will refund the product price or exchange it for an equivalent product.

  • When returning an item, please attach your order number, a description of the defect, and a photo (no larger than 1MB).

Article 7 Other Provisions

7.1 Force Majeure

We shall not be liable if we are unable to fulfill our obligations due to natural disasters, changes in laws and regulations, communication failures, or other force majeure events.

7.2 Integrity of the Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

7.3 Separability

Even if any part of these Terms and Conditions is invalid, the other provisions shall remain valid.

7.4 Transfer of Rights and Obligations

We may transfer our contractual rights and obligations to a third party, provided that the quality of our services is maintained after the transfer.

7.5 Privacy Policy

We will manage your personal information appropriately. For details, please refer to our separately posted privacy policy.

7.6 Complaints handling

If you have any complaints about a purchased product, please contact our customer center.

7.7 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Japanese law. Any disputes will be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in Japan.
