Return policy

Return Policy

You can request a return for a defective item within 7 days of receiving it.
We do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience (e.g., size does not fit, product is different from what you expected, wrong order, etc.).

Products eligible for return are:
Must be unused, with tags and in original packaging .

Discounted, sale, and customized items cannot be returned.


Returns and Exchanges

We currently do not offer an exchange service.

If you would like to change the size or purchase a different product,
Returns and refunds are not accepted unless the product is defective.

Please note that shipping costs for your initial order are non-refundable.


Regarding defective products

If you receive a defective product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
After checking the status, we will inform you of the corrective action to be taken.


Return Procedure (Defective Products Only)

Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the product.

If the product is faulty, we will cover the return shipping costs.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but we ask that you prepare a cash-on-delivery slip.

Once your return is approved, we ask that you ship the item within 3 days .
Once the item has been shipped, please email us the tracking number.


Refunds (defective products only)

In the case of a faulty product, we will refund the full price of the product .
We'll even cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Used or damaged products,
We will not be able to refund any items that are not deemed to be faulty.


Shipping Notes

If you are not at home when the delivery is made, please arrange for redelivery yourself.
If the item is returned due to the storage period exceeding, we will charge you the actual cost of return shipping.

If you refuse to accept the item, we will charge you the return shipping fee.
