Return policy
- Conditions for Returns:
- You can request a return within 8 days of receiving the product.
- The returned product must be unused, with all tags attached, and returned in its original packaging.
- Discounted items, sale items, and customized products are not eligible for returns.
- If the return is due to customer preference, all return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Regarding Returns and Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer exchange services. If you wish to change the size or order a different product, please first return the product, receive a refund for the product price, and then place a new order. Please note that the original shipping costs are not refundable.
- Regarding Defective Products:
- If you receive a defective product, please contact customer service within 8 days of receiving the product. We will assist you accordingly.
- Return Procedures:
- If you wish to return a product, please first contact us by email at customercare.fmews@gmail.com.
- After approval, we will send you instructions for the return, which you should follow to return the product.

If the return is due to customer preference, the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Examples include “the size doesn't fit,” “the color or design is different than expected,” or “the order was placed incorrectly.” Please note that returns sent via cash-on-delivery will not be accepted; please pay for the return shipping when sending the product.
- For defective products, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, you will need to prepare the cash-on-delivery slip yourself and return the product.
- After requesting a return, please ship the product within 5 days. Please provide the tracking number when shipping.
- Regarding Refunds:
- In the case of defective products, we will refund the full purchase amount. We will also cover the return shipping costs.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned product has arrived and been inspected.
- We cannot refund products that have been used, damaged, or determined not to be defective.
- Regarding Shipping Issues:
- If you were absent during delivery, please arrange for redelivery yourself. Additional fees may apply if the storage period is exceeded.
- If you refuse delivery, the return shipping costs will be charged to you.
