Return Conditions

Return requests for defective items can be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Returns due to customer convenience (e.g., wrong size, different from image, incorrect order, etc.) are not accepted.

Items eligible for return must be
unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Discounted items, sale items, and customized items are not eligible for return.


Returns and Exchanges

【Return and Exchange Policy】

Upon receipt of your order, please be sure to check that there are no defects with the item.

■ About Exchanges

・Exchanges are only accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.

・Eligible items for exchange are limited to those that are unused and can be returned in the same condition as delivered (including accessories, tags, and boxes).

・If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and reason for exchange.

・Return shipping costs for exchanges are to be borne by the customer.

・Since shoes are made-to-order, if you wish to exchange them, production will restart after the item is returned. Therefore, please note that it will take longer than usual to deliver the replacement item.

・Exchanges are limited to one per order. We cannot accept exchanges a second time or more.

・If an item is returned due to customer absence, long-term absence, incorrect address, or other reasons, the customer will be responsible for the re-shipping cost.

■ About Defective Products and Incorrect Deliveries

・Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, including your order number and photos showing the defective area.

・If we confirm that the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly, we will bear the return shipping cost and offer an exchange or refund.

・If the same product is out of stock, we will issue a refund.

■ Items Not Eligible for Exchange or Return

・Used items

・Items with damage or dirt caused by the customer

・Items with missing tags, accessories, or boxes

・Items for which more than 8 days have passed since delivery

・Items purchased from sites other than this one

・Items returned without prior notice


About Defective Products

If you receive a defective product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.
After confirming the condition, we will inform you of the appropriate action.


Return Procedure (Defective Items Only)

If you wish to return a defective product, please first contact us by email at support@foundrymews.com.

Once approved, we will guide you through the return procedure. Please return the product according to those instructions.

For defective items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
We kindly ask that you prepare the cash-on-delivery slip yourself.

Also, after return approval, we ask that you ship the item within 3 days.
Once the item has been shipped, we would appreciate it if you could provide us with the tracking number via email.


Refunds (Defective Items Only)

For defective products, we will fully refund the product price.
We will also cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item arrives and is inspected.

Refunds cannot be issued for used items, items showing damage,
or items not deemed defective.


Shipping Notes

If you were not present at the time of delivery, please arrange for redelivery yourself.
If the product is returned due to exceeding the storage period, we will charge you the actual return shipping cost.

If you refuse to accept the product, you will also be charged for the return shipping cost.
