Return policy

  1. Return Policy

    • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item.

    • Returned items must be unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging .

    • Discounted, sale, and customized items are not eligible for return.

    • If you return the product for your own reasons , you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


    Returns and Exchanges

    • We currently do not offer exchange services. If you would like to change the size or purchase a different product,
      Please return the product and receive a refund, then place a new order.

    • Please note that shipping costs for your initial order are non-refundable .


    Regarding defective products

    • If you receive a defective product, please contact customer service within 7 days of receiving the product.

    • After checking, we will inform you of the appropriate steps.


    Return Procedure

    1. If you would like to return an item, please contact us first by email at customercare.fmews@gmail.com .

    2. Once approved, we will send you instructions on how to return the product.

    3. In the case of returns due to customer reasons (e.g., "the size doesn't fit," "the color or design was different from what I expected," "I made a mistake in my order," etc.),
      Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

      • We cannot accept returns with cash on delivery. Please be sure to pay the shipping costs before sending the item.

    4. In the case of defective products , we will cover the return shipping costs, but you will need to prepare the return shipping slip yourself.

    5. Once your return is approved, please ship it within 3 days and provide us with the tracking number.


    Refund Policy

    • In the case of a defective product , we will refund the full price of the product and cover the return shipping costs.

    • Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.

    • We cannot refund any products that have been used, are damaged, or are not deemed defective.


    Shipping Notes

    • If you are not at home when the delivery is made, please arrange for redelivery yourself.

    • If the storage period is exceeded, additional charges may apply.

    • If you refuse to accept the item, we will charge you the return shipping fee.
