We currently ship via EMS or UPS.
Please refer to the table below for estimated delivery times and available shipping carriers.

The number of days for international delivery varies depending on the destination country and city.

EMS: All products are shipped internationally from Tokyo.

Please note that for international shipments, customs duties, import taxes, and other fees may be incurred in addition to shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding.

Orders confirmed by 2 PM JST, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), are usually shipped within one week.

However, all 【MADE TO ORDER】SHOES are handmade and require a production period of 2 to 2.5 months (depending on the style). Once production is complete, they will be shipped directly from our office in Japan.

For international deliveries, please allow approximately one week for delivery after shipment.

【Exchange Policy】
・Exchanges are only accepted if you contact us within 7 days of product arrival.
・Exchanges are limited to unused products that are returned in the same condition as delivered (including accessories, tags, and box).
・The return shipping cost for exchanges will be borne by the customer.
・Since shoes are made-to-order products, if an exchange is desired, production will begin again after the product is returned. Therefore, please be aware that it will take longer than usual for the exchanged item to be delivered.
・Exchanges are limited to one time only. Subsequent exchanges will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding.
・If a product is returned due to customer's absence, long-term absence, or incorrect address, the re-shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
