Many of Foundry Mews' shoes are made to order , with two skilled craftsmen carefully handcrafting each pair.
Therefore, it may take approximately two months (depending on the style) for your order to be shipped .

Ready to Ship Shoes (RTSS) are usually shipped within 7 business days .

Please note that shipping may be delayed due to order volume or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you directly.

Q : I received a shipping notification from Shopify. Has it been shipped yet?

Yes, if you received an email from Shopify with a tracking number , your order has already been shipped.

Q : When I checked the tracking number, it said "In storage at distribution center." Could you please contact me instead?
