旧正月期間中、海外の生産工場および倉庫が休業となるため、MADE TO ORDERシューズの制作および配送に遅延が発生する見込みです。

休業期間

2025年1月23日（木）～2月14日（金）

内容

• 通常、MADE TO ORDER商品は1.5～2.0ヶ月でお届けしておりますが、さらに1～2週間程度の遅延が見込まれます。
• 旧正月期間中もMADE TO ORDER商品のご注文は可能ですが、制作開始は2月14日以降となります。
• MADE TO ORDER以外の商品は通常通り、10日間以内に発送いたします。
• 税関および運送会社も休業するため、配送にも遅れが生じる可能性があります。

【Important Notice About MADE TO ORDER SHOES】

Due to the Lunar New Year holidays, our overseas production facilities and warehouses will be closed, resulting in delays in the production and delivery of MADE TO ORDER shoes.

Closure Period

January 23, 2025 (Thu) – February 14, 2025 (Fri)

Details

• Normally, MADE TO ORDER items are delivered within 1.5 to 2.0 months, but an additional delay of 1 to 2 weeks is expected.
• Orders for MADE TO ORDER items can still be placed during the Lunar New Year holidays, but production will begin on February 14.
• Items other than MADE TO ORDER products will be shipped as usual within 10 days.
• Customs offices and delivery companies will also be closed, which may cause additional delivery delays.
