We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at foundrymews@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 

1. ご購入いただいた商品に不良がある場合

ご購入いただきました商品に不良や不具合があった場合は、不良箇所を写真にて確認させていただいたのち、迅速に交換や返金の対応をさせていただきます。

・商品到着から7日以内にカスタマーサポートまで受注番号と合わせてご連絡の上、ご返送ください。(商品到着から8日以降の返品はお受けできなくなりますのでご注意ください。)
・返送に関わる送料は弊社で負担いたします。お手数ですが着払いで郵送ください。
・万が一同一商品が品切れの場合はご返金とさせていただきます。
・お客様よりご連絡をいただいた時点で商品がお品切れの場合はご返金対応とさせていただきます。

※使用感が見受けられる商品や、タグ・付属品の紛失、お客様による破損・汚損のある商品の対応はお受けできません。
※本サイト以外から、お買い上げいただきました商品は直接の返品や交換はお受けする事ができません。《店舗がないため》
※事前のご連絡がない場合はお承り出来かねます。
原則として不良品以外の返品はお断りをさせていただきます。あらかじめご了承ください。

2. 良品の返品・交換について

お客様のご都合による返品・交換(サイズが合わない、イメージ違い、ご注文間違えなど)は一切受け付けておりませんのでご了承ください。

3. 返金について

ご返金は、以下の方法でご対応をいたします。
ご返送商品を確認後、7営業日以内の手続きを行っております。



ー長期不在・住居不備に関してー
お客様の不在の場合、配達会社より不在通知でご連絡致します。
お客様自身で、再配達依頼をお願い致します。
尚、保管期限切れの場合は、自動的に倉庫へ返送となります。
その際は、いかなる場合も再配送・ご返金等・全ての対応をお受けすることが出来ません。
ご注文された商品は、期間内にお受け取り頂きますようお願い致します。
